Investment Process Overview

Our philosophy is based upon the fundamental premise that earnings growth ultimately drives investor returns.  The objective of SmallCap Turnaround Growth is to invest in companies that are experiencing a re-acceleration in growth prospects after a period of weakness.  These companies must also:

• Be selling at least 30% below historic highs,
  

• Exhibit improving operating fundamentals supported by strong technical trends with high quality earnings and sustainable growth,

• Meet our criteria before the earnings growth inflection point is recognized by other investors, and we;

• Maximize returns and manage risk by allowing winners to run and trimming the underperformers.
