Inc. (GRA) has been in the institutional marketplace since 1988
aiding our clients, a select group of high quality, independent
investment advisory firms, in the placement of over $12 billion in
assets.

How Do
We Do It?
We canvass the institutional market and the manager search consultant
universe for our clients. Our universe encompasses prospects, with
assets in excess of $100 million to invest, and approximately 250
consulting firms.
Our monthly
objective is to contact, by phone or in person, approximately 200
of these prospects and/or consultants on behalf our clients.
Based on our philosophy that contact meetings are more productive
with the money manager present, we prefer the manager commit to
traveling eight to ten business days per quarter for the first year
of our relationship. During that first year, it is our intention
that the majority of our visitations are with consultants. Over
time, however, prospect contact becomes more focused and consultant
contact becomes an updating process, rather than introductory.
Marketing:
Why Outsource?
The fees charged by GRA include a retainer fee and commissions
generated from new business. This approach provides savings
to the manager and an incentive for GRA to produce.
To internally employ an experienced national sales and servicing
staff, the cost would be substantial.
